Very nice stay, as always. Luxury hotel located just next door to '' el viejo San Juan '', stores and the center of Old San Juan. Decent location in the center of town. For tea or coffee visit Mil Letras nearby. Professional staff; easy check in.

The hotel is luxurious and convenient and has a nice design. A double room with a balcony has basic facilities you need. Overall great food, plus there is Holsteins close by. We would happily go back again, thank you...

We had a double room with extremely comfy bed and an air conditioner and a balcony. The location was very central, excellent to almost everything in Old Town San Juan.

The room we had included complimentary Wi-Fi, good Internet, and a living area. The hotel's position was great, so close to everything. Ate at Han Cream Restaurant, it's not too far from the venue.

The hotel provided a chic atmosphere, with a fine rooftop. Its great location made it easy to reach attractions and the airport quickly.
The room we received had no windows, feel somewhat claustrophobic.

Spacious room, friendly staff, great location. The bed was great and we appreciated the air conditioning on warm nights. The easy access to the airport just 10 km away.

The location is fantastic for exploring the heart of Old San Juan. I loved being able to walk to all the major attractions nearby. Great spot with a view!
Had a really nice stay! Our room was clean and comfy with a balcony that had a fine view. The maids were super friendly, and it seemed like home. Just be ready for the shower to be a bit tight. Oh, and don't miss the rooftop-totally chill! Perfect location too, close to everything.

My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. the hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the taxi stand for airport transportation and a market and shops just a short walk away. Staying in the Old San Juan district was a wonderful experience.
